- SMS/text communications: your mobile number and message content when you opt in to text communications with us.

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, including your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and how you interact with the Site. We use:
• Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the Site.

• Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram), to measure advertising performance and deliver relevant ads on Meta platforms.

How We Use Your Information
- To respond to inquiries and provide quotes for logistics and delivery services.
- To schedule, perform, and support delivery, warehousing, and courier services.

- To measure and improve our marketing, including advertising on Google and Meta platforms.
- To comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations, including U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) requirements.
SMS Communications
If you opt in to receive text messages from IBS, we will use your mobile number to send service-related and, where you have consented, informational or promotional messages. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. HIPAA Statement
IBS provides medical courier services, including the transport of medical specimens, supplies, and equipment for healthcare clients. IBS does not collect, request, or store patient medical records or protected health information (PHI) through this Site. Any handling of PHI in the course of providing courier services to healthcare clients is governed by our service agreements and, where applicable, Business Associate Agreements with those clients. If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers who support our operations (website hosting, analytics, advertising platforms, CRM and communications tools, payment processing), under obligations to protect your information.
- Background check and screening providers, for driver and contractor applicants, as permitted by law.
- Legal and regulatory authorities, when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
- A successor entity, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including access controls and encryption of data in transit. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal and regulatory obligations (including DOT/FMCSA record-keeping requirements), resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
