The Site is provided for informational purposes and to allow prospective and current customers to learn about our services, request quotes, and contact us. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with its operation or the rights of others.
Quotes and Estimates
Any pricing, rates, or quotes displayed on or provided through the Site are estimates only and are not binding until confirmed in writing by IBS. Final pricing may vary based on shipment characteristics, distance, timing, service level, accessorial requirements, fuel costs, and other operational factors. A confirmed quote or executed service agreement governs the terms of any engagement.
No Guarantee of Service Availability
Service availability varies by location, capacity, and operational conditions. Submission of a quote request or inquiry does not create an obligation for IBS to provide services. IBS reserves the right to accept or decline any service request at its discretion.
Service Agreements Control
Actual courier, logistics, warehousing, and delivery services are governed by the applicable service agreement, rate confirmation, or contract between IBS and the customer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement controls with respect to the services.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the IBS name and marks — is the property of IBS or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.
Prohibited Conduct
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.
- Using automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the Site.
- Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information through Site forms.
- Using the Site to transmit malicious code or unlawful content.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. IBS does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IBS and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site. IBS’s total liability arising out of your use of the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). This section applies to use of the Site only; liability related to transportation and logistics services is governed by the applicable service agreement and applicable transportation law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IBS from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
