Ingenious Business Solutions LLC handles shipment information, delivery records, and customer business data as part of providing logistics and courier services. This statement describes our approach to protecting that information.
Our Security Practices
- Access controls: customer and shipment data is accessible only to personnel who need it to perform their roles.
- Encryption in transit: data transmitted through our website, dispatch, and communications systems is encrypted in transit using industry-standard protocols.
- Vendor management: technology providers that process data on our behalf (CRM, dispatch, tracking, analytics) are selected with security in mind and are bound by contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations.
- Chain-of-custody data: pickup and delivery scans, signatures, and photo documentation are captured and stored to maintain shipment accountability and are shared only with the parties to the shipment.
- Personnel practices: drivers and staff are trained on confidentiality, proper handling of shipment documentation, and secure use of company systems.
- Incident response: we maintain procedures to investigate and respond to suspected security incidents, and will notify affected customers as required by law.
Customer Business Information
Rate agreements, shipment volumes, facility details, and other customer business information are treated as confidential and are not disclosed to third parties except as needed to perform services, with the customer’s consent, or as required by law.
Shared Responsibility
Security is a shared responsibility. Customers should protect their own account credentials and report any suspected unauthorized access to us promptly.
No Absolute Guarantee
